Editorial Policy
Our standard
Every guide on Wealth Preservation Guide aims to explain estate planning concepts accurately, in plain English, without hype.
How articles are made
– Topics are chosen for genuine reader questions: wills, trusts, taxes, incapacity planning, beneficiaries, and choosing advisors.
– Articles explain established concepts. We don’t invent tax figures, legal thresholds, or law changes — and where illustrative numbers appear, they’re labeled as illustrative.
– External references are limited to official sources (irs.gov, investor.gov).
– Content is reviewed periodically for accuracy and clarity.
Independence
We don’t take money to recommend products, attorneys, or services. There are no affiliate links and no sponsored placements on this site.
