How to file a notice

Send the following to us via the contact page:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
2. Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing (URL and description).
3. Your name, address, and email so we can contact you.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details plus consent to jurisdiction. We’ll forward valid counter-notices per the DMCA process.

Repeat infringers

We remove infringing content promptly and may restrict access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
